Blisters
Blisers are caused when a person moves a lot, when the foot is in a hot area and friction between the foot and shoe is present. Blisters can be painful, to prevent blisters from appearing, make sure your skin is moisturised on a regular basis.
Antiperspirant used on the bottom of the foot, may prevent blisters from appearing. Foot sprays and powders, containing aluminum chloride or aluminum chlorhydrate will decrease the possibility of blisters appearing on your feet. Acrylic socks should be worn, instead of the cotton socks, as they may eliminate friction. An extra pair of socks, or double-layered socks may be helpful when dealing with blisters.
There are specially designed shoes available that minimize the risk of getting blisters. When buying new shoes, be sure to use the same socks you'll use when exercising.
Wear gloves to protect your hands while doing hard work. Use powder to keep your skin moisture free.
