It is a well known fact that exercising is very good for our body and health. Any kind of sport that involves body movement stimulates our muscles and burns fat. Toxic waste is removed from our body through sweat.

As some sports require close body contact, skin irritations may appear when exercising a sport. Avoid sharing the same sweaty clothes and wash your clothes after sport.

The sweat glands remove bad elements from our body through the pores.
Make sure you drink enough water, to keep the liquid level steady and prevent dehydration.

Be sure to wear appropriate clothes when doing sport, as friction between clothes and our skin may stimulate skin irritation. Jogger's nipples appears when jogging with clothes on. The friction between the clothes and the niple, may irritate the tissue of the niple causing it to bleed.

Clothes can also absorb sweat, wet clothes containing bacteria are rubbed against the skin and may cause irritation of the skin. Make sure you wear clothes that breathe and do not absorb sweat.
