Water keeps skin healthy

Water is most important to people. 66% of our body weight exists out of water, blood has 84% water. It is most important that you drink enough water as to maintain a good hydration, keeping your body healthy and fit. Water from natural sources is superior to tap water. Natural water has all the necessary minerals to keep you fit. If you are unsure if the water you want to use is healthy, then first boil it or filter it, to make sure any unwanted bacteria is destroyed.

Drinking water should become a habit, it has to be the number one liquid you drink. It helps to keep the skin natural and pure. Water removes toxic elements and strengthens your body in such a way that you feel fit and active again.

Not enough water leads to dehydration, which is a serious condition that may lead to very bad results. Due to lack of water, the body becomes instable leading to major problems. The brain may become less active, the body becomes tired and you loose all activity.

On a daily basis, our body looses a lot of water through urinating and sweating. Drinking water must become a habit. Drink at least 1.5 litres of pure water every day to maintain a healthy life, spread the drinking process during the day.

As we tend to sweat a lot in hot weather, be sure to drink extra water to keep your body from dehydration. While excercising, our body consumes a lot of liquid through the pores. Be sure to drink enough while doing hard work.

In sickness, or while being pregnant, do not forget to drink enough water. Even if you do not feel like drinking water, force yourself to drink at least 1.5 litres per day. If you want to loose weight, drinking water is a good start to help you.
